This device is supposed to help with stress incontinence, and I've only used it twice, but it does seem to be working. I just had my second child, and I've been dealing with some incontinence issues. I didn't know if this would do anything, but I was willing to give it a try. After the first session, I could already feel a difference. I did have to turn it up to about 50 or 60 to get any real feeling from the kegel sensations, and after 8 or 9 minutes, it seemed to lose the connection on the probe, but I would assume that will get better with more uses. You can tell when it's working by the orange lighting bolt on the controller, though.
