To be fair, I just got them today and haven’t worn them out and about. But I’ve worn them around the house and they look great, fit well and seem sturdy. Other reviewers have complained about a smell, but this pair doesn’t smell bad…just a faint “new, not-leather, shoe smell”. But, it’s 14 degrees Fahrenheit outside and they were sitting on the porch for a couple of hours, after delivery. Don’t know if extreme cold inhibits smells, but these are just fine. I’m really pleased! Been looking to get a cute, inexpensive pair of low-heeled grey boots and these fit the bill. I won’t wear these more than a half-dozen times a year, I’m sure, which is why the price point had to be low. I expect these will be perfect for my needs. Also, the first thing I do with ALL of my boots is apply 2 coats of water/stain repellent spray. Keeps the faux-suede of less-expensive shoes from premature signs of wear and tear.I had purchased these boots to wear to work on December 1, 2021. I have only worn them a handful of times to my job which is in a Hallmark store. The only place that I wore them was at work and when I would get home I would take them off and they’re only a little over three months old and they’re coming apart! As a matter of fact, I stopped wearing them about two months after I receive them because they were falling apart the last month of ownership I haven’t even worn them I’m so mad. I lost the strap that holds the top buckle belt close to the to the product after you zip it up the quality is just unbelievably horrible!! I can’t believe that I just bought these boots three months ago and they’re already falling apart! The soles are coming off. Still states the item hasn't shipped but well clearly it has. There's definitely a chemical odor as soon as you open the box. Will update with pictures soon :)I am not impressed with them. They look cheap. They said if I kept them they would refund me half or what I payed. They gave me back .10 cents. WTH?!Good style just a little shorter on my calf than expected
