I'm kind of disappointed. But in all fairness I never gave the company a chance to do anything. But here's what I got. I have very wide feet and a lot of difficulty finding a shoe. The first time I wore them although they were nice and squishy my heel kept slipping out. I tried those heel things that stick on the back of the heel inside and it just rubbed right off. Now I only wear them if I have bulky socks on and I will not be walking much.
